Charlotte joined the Swagelok team in June 2018.
Her work history with sales, purchasing, service and order processing, has given her a lot of experience and furthermore helps to create value for her role in Swagelok.
“I have always been into numbers, orders and systems.”
She is a trained office assistant from back when the 10-finger system was used and has experience with switchboard, accounting systems and archiving. With an autodidact approach, she has gained experience in sales and service over the past years.
“All this has given me a combined experience as both a colleague and servicing customers”.
This is reflected in her primary function at Swagelok, where she works with order processing and customer service. She mainly takes care of customers from Ukraine and Denmark.
It is important for Charlotte to always meet the customer´s needs, and from her point of view excellent communication is a key factor in order for the customer to feels well looked after. This also applies in the internal framework.
When the laptop is turned off and she is not taking care of customers and orders, she enjoys an active lifestyle with cycling and fitness. In addition, time spent with her family is a high priority and she enjoys cozy moments with her husband and family both on Zealand and in England.
