Britt joined Swagelok in August 2020.

With a background as a chemical engineer and a very practical mindset, Britt is perfect for her occupation as a Technical Advisor.
She is primarily working as sales manager for customers in the pharmaceutical, food, research and other general industries.

"I prefer to see and feel the products, rather than just looking at drawings and calculations"

With extensive process knowledge from her previous experience in both offshore oil and gas, wind industry,  food industry and her participation in the construction and operation of test facilities for new technologies, Britt has managed to acquire a deeper understanding of the technical processes. This plays a key role in Swagelok but also towards the customers - and is furthermore something that is reflected in one of Swagelok's values - "Provide high value and high performance in our products, processes, and services".

Britt has a huge drive and passion for finding solutions that uncover customers' wishes and needs.  Excellent collaboration, mutual understanding and keywords such as trust, respect and justice, can be associated.

"It has to be fun and motivating to go to work, daily contact with customers and challenges in helping to solve problems, or find the most optimal solution for the customer, is what motivates me"

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She leads a very active lifestyle which include both cycling and running.
