As an HSEQ Coordinator, Sabrina is driven by a strong commitment to quality and collegial collaboration. With a sharp focus on both the big picture and the finer details, she works purposefully to ensure that Swagelok always lives up to its high standards.

“I’m passionate about my colleagues, about helping wherever I can and sharing the knowledge I have.” 

She sees her role as a natural bridge between the company’s quality requirements and daily practice. She is dedicated to creating understanding of why quality is so crucial—not just in the finished product, but throughout the entire customer journey.

“Quality in everything we do is important to me—from the way we speak to customers on the phone, to the product we deliver and/or manufacture.”

Sabrina’s approach is about making quality tangible and present for all employees. “I want to help my colleagues understand the requirements and policies and how to implement them in our daily work.”

She sees this as a natural extension of Swagelok’s core values, which she herself shares.

“I’m passionate about ensuring that we always comply with the requirements—this helps ensure that customers get the best experience and receive the right products in the quality we stand for.”

When she is not helping customers and colleagues at Swagelok, she spends her time with friends and family, and on her big passion for horses and nature.
