Dorthe has been working with service for the past 25 years, and in addition, she has 10 years of experience in management. Her experience, both with trade, account and service, ensures the customers of Swagelok, a service where trust and quality are essential.
She joined the Swagelok team in April 2019, and handles order processing and customer support.

She ensures that the customers are well looked after, and the same service also applies to her colleagues, where she helps to maintain high spirits making sure that everyone around her are feeling great.
In addition to mastering the SAP system, customer handling, orders and good colleague karma, she takes the positive and empathetic mindset with her, also outside Swagelok.
In her spare time, she teaches at SIF, a local sports club, and enjoys both running and cycling. Furthermore, her family and friends are also a priority.
